Blueberry Muffins Good Morning Treats

Blueberry Muffins

1 egg
1/2 cup of milk
1/4 cup applesauce or oil
11/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup fresh blueberries or 3/4 cup frozen blueberries( if using frozen roll in flour to absorb moisture)

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease the bottom of muffin pans. Beat egg with a fork. Stir in milk and oil. Mix dry ingredients and pour in. Add blueberries. Stir until moistened. Batter should be lumpy. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 20-25 minute. Makes 12 muffins

These look so yummy. I will have to pick up some blueberries. We love blueberry muffins.
